MY OPINION:

This news report explains that the disease Rickets is again in England. Rickets is a disease from insufficient Vitamin D. With insufficient vitamin D the bones are soft and the legs can bend. Before many children had this disease because of bad diet. Diet improved and rickets in children disappeared. Now rickets is returning because children eat "fast" food and do not get vitamin D from the sun. Children now do not go outside suffient time, because they watch TV, play on computers a lot.

Doctors advice to eat oily fish, drink more milk and to go outside more.

I think diet must improve and children must go outside more and less time inside on computers. Now children from small only play with computers, playstation... they don't know what to do outside.
If there's no change more children will end with this disease.
